Very lovely and kind people here! Sure it doesn't have some fancy pool and cameras so you can sit and watch your dog all the time but you know what they do have? Great employees who care about your pet, toys, and space for them to play in a safe environment. We had our previous dog come here and after he passed away we started bringing our new dog and she loves every minute of it. She gets good and tired and we feel comfortable having her there. Our Ellie girl gives it 10 🐾 out of 10 🐾!

Our experience with Linda and the staff at Fresh Prints was excellent. We boarded our slightly eccentric Goldendoodle, Copper, here for eight days over the Christmas holiday. It was our first time at Fresh Prints Day Resort & Spa and only the third time boarding our old man. He's not always the most social with other dogs so we were worried how he would do being surrounded by other dogs and away from us for so long. The staff was outstanding and went over-the-top to reassure us that he was doing well, adjusting and eating. When we picked him up eight days later, the instant we saw him, we could tell he was happy, healthy and very well-cared for. His mental health was also great which was very different from the previous two times we boarded him (at other places). -This speaks volumes to the truly caring environment at Fresh Prints Day Resort & Spa. One of the staff members gave him a bath and put him in a formal tie for our reunion which far exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend Fresh Prints Dog Boarding Resort and Day Spa enough. We give it four paws up and five stars. We will definitely use their services again.

Fresh Prints is the most wonderful daycare and boarding facility I can imagine! I have been taking my rescue Border Collie mixed-breed Mitzi there for almost a year. Every morning when we pull up, she starts yowling with excitement, and she wants to get in so badly she pulls me and then starts dashing for the back once she's in to go see her friends. Before I took her there, I had a bad experience with another daycare (Mitzi's first)whose facilities were

Dear Steve,

I am writing to express my sincerest appreciation to you and the staff for saving Buster’s life when he was boarding with you while I was traveling to Oregon on June 26th. When I dropped him off that Friday, I had no idea that he would end up in the ICU with ventricular tachycardia (heart rate 300) and dilated cardiomyopathy especially since he had always been healthy except for his allergies. I knew when I check my voicemail that you were calling about something serious because in the 7 years I have boarded with you since he was a puppy, I have never gotten a call.

Your prompt recognition of the symptoms he was displaying that morning and actions taken meant the world to me. You know he is my heart and the reason I have always board him at Fresh Prints is because he feels at home and cared for there as much as he does at home. It was wonderful of you to respond quickly, get him to the vet ER, and stay with him until the decision was made for critical care. Thankfully, Dr. Knight and her staff were able to convert his cardiac rhythm and although he still has irregular heartbeats and an enlarged heart, he is responding to the medications and it back to being Buster. The biggest challenge now is trying to keep him on activity restriction because he is playing and ready to take his daily walks on week later.

Dear Steve and Robert,

My husband Dana and I want to let you know how much we appreciate the care and attention our dog Rocky received at Fresh Prints.

We needed daycare for our dog while we were in Jacksonville for two months as it was not possible to leave him alone during the day. We hoped to find people who would understand that Rocky is a “rescue dog” who was severely abused, and who sometimes is bullied by other dogs. We checked out several facilities. When we entered Fresh Prints, Rocky began wagging his tail. He decided for us!

We bought one of your daycare packages, and it was well worth the price. Whenever we brought Rocky to Fresh Prints, he was eager to go inside. At the end of the day, he would come prancing out to us. He was clearly a happy dog.

We’ll be in Jacksonville once or twice a year for several days and assuming you have room – we plan to bring Rocky to Fresh Prints to spend more time with you and your stellar staff.
